I recently had some friends win $250,000 from PowerBall, and I began to think “How much is enough?” Sometimes I think just enough to pay the bills, pay off the house, and put enough away for the kids to go to college, but other times I think it would be nice to own my own island. I am going to raise that question to you. If someone gave you a blank check, what amount of money would you fill in? Please explain why you picked that amount. This idea is not mine but it is a fun topic. If you had to listen to ten songs over and over for the next month what ten songs would you chose (variety may be nice to keep your sanity)? Give me your list! If you have me in class you know I am a big fan of using You Tube and Teacher Tube to add to what we are learning and somtimes just for a laugh. I would like to know what is your favorite you tube post, let me know and we can post the best of the best. >http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0y8jkfXoX8> I know it is the beginning of the school year and summer is for “fun”, but some people actually enjoy reading for pleasure and read over the summer. If you are one of those people, share with us what you read and tell us if it is worth the time to read. Did you read a good book a while back and everything you have picked up since does not compare? Tell us what it was, why you liked it…there might be someone out there with similar tastes and can recommend something that will not disappoint. If it has to do with reading let me hear it.
